Karhorn Studio offers a perfect all in apartment for 2 guest. It has a double bed a place to sit down and eat and 

a well equipped kitchen with all the things you need for everyday use.

The bathroom offers a shower and a toilet and towels, bed linen and basic household items are provided.

TV, WIFI and a parking slot in front of the house is also included in this apartment.

All prices are in EURO per person and day incl. the valid VAT excluding tourist tax EUR 5,09 per person (from 14 years) per night. All information without guarantee - errors and omissions excepted!

  • Daily rates are per apartment and day in EUR - exkl.guest tax - incl.tax
  • Check-in / Check-out
    Please check-out the apartments until 10:00 a.m.
  • Upon arrival the apartments are available from 15:00 p.m and you have to make a Self Check in with a PIN CODE.
  • Extra beds for every person Euro 45,- summer / Euro 55,- winter
  • Rates not including one-time final cleaning fee EUR 50,-
  • Short stay surcharge 10-15% from the total apartment price changing during the season times
  • Prices exclude visitor's tax per person per day for everyone aged 14 and over (from 1th January 2026 EUR 5.09)
  • Cleaning summer: no daily cleaning
  • Cleaning winter: no daily cleaning - 1 time a week cleaning and towel change
  • Non smoking apartment
    All apartment are non smoking rooms, we ask this to be observed.
  • Dogs and pets
    Dogs and other pets are not allowed out of consideration for our other guests.
  • Ski and boot room
    For your ski's and ski boot we have a room available.
  • Parking for cars
    Private parking space in front of the house is free of charge. There is one parking space for each apartment - more parking spaces on request please and we will organize a garage slot for an extra fee.
  • Free Internet
    Use of our Wi-Fi is free of charge and throughout the house possible.
  • Payment methods
    You will get the bill before your arrival and can pay with bank transfer or credit card.
  • Travel Cancellation Insurance
    It is possible to book a travel cancellation insurance.
  • Deposit for your stay
    Reservations can only be guaranteed by a deposit.
  • Booking.com - no cancellation possible and you have to pay the whole amount after your booking.
  • Cancel your booking
    A cancellation is unpleasant for you and us and we try to be generous. However, if it is not possible, the rooms continue to rent, we charge cancellation fees. The same applies for early departure, late arrival and non-arrival.
  • Excerpt from the terms if you book directly:
    3 months - no cancellation fee, 3 months to 1 month: 30%, 1 month to 1 week: 70%, in the last week: 90% of the regular rate.
