House Sebastian is located in the center of Lech but still in a very quiet location. In summer 2007, the "old" house Sebastian was demolished and built completely NEW. Beautiful new apartments offer guests comfortable ways to spend your vacation. Our house has a water recovery system by Johann Grander.

All prices are in EURO per person and day incl. the valid VAT excluding tourist tax EUR 3,80 per person (from 14 years) per night. All information without guarantee - errors and omissions excepted!

  • All offers apply the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
  • Daily rates are per apartment and day in EUR. Rates for children are in the room with full-paying adults.
  • Check-in / Check-out
    Please check-out the apartments until 10:00 clock. Upon arrival the apartments are available from 16:00 clock. The apartments are kept free until 18:00 clock, if late arrival is not agreed.
  • Extra beds from 8 years per day summer Euro 35,- / in winter EUR 45,-
  • Rates not including one-time final cleaning fee EUR 50,-
  • Short stay surcharge Euro 10,- per day
  • Cleaning summer: no daily cleaning!
  • Cleaning winter: every 2nd day cleaning!
  • Non smoking apartment
    All apartment are non smoking rooms, we ask this to be observed.
  • Dogs and pets
    Dogs and other pets are not allowed out of consideration for our other guests.
  • Ski and boot room
    For your ski's and ski boot we have a room available.
  • Parking for cars
    Private parking space in front of the house is free of charge. There is one parking space for each apartment - more parking spaces on request please.
  • Free Internet
    Use of our Wi-Fi is free of charge and throughout the house possible.
  • Payment methods
    We accept bank transfer.
  • Travel Cancellation Insurance
    It is possible to book a travel cancellation insurance.
  • Deposit for your stay
    Reservations can only be guaranteed by a deposit.

  • Cancel your booking
    A cancellation is unpleasant for you and us and we try to be generous. However, if it is not possible, the rooms continue to rent, we charge cancellation fees. The same applies for early departure, late arrival and non-arrival.
  • Excerpt from the terms
    3 months - no cancellation fee, 3 months to 1 month: 40%, 1 month to 1 week: 70%, in the last week: 90% of the regular rate.
